An unfiltered, hoppy Pale Wheat Ale bursting with tropical aromas from an abundance of American, New Zealand and Australian hops. A refreshing change of pace that drinks easy, with a slightly dry finish.
Part pale, part wheat, all rapture.

On tap at the Lark, pours hazy bright yellow color with a foamy 2 finger white head that faded about average time that left very good foamy lacing.
Smells and tastes of lemon zest, grapefruit, wheat, lemongrass, coriander, orange peel, toasted grains, citrus hops, piney hops, dry grass and light floral spices. Well balanced as the hop spices blend well with the wheat and sweet malts.
Mouthfeel is light, crisp and thin, with average carbonation, a medium body and above average bitterness that trails off with a semi-dry finish.

On-tap at the Ditmars Astoria Bier & Cheese. I wouldn't have guessed this was a wheat. Overall it's a lovely, fruity (though it didn't come off as tropical) citrus pale ale with a lighter, but not dry, body. Have a pint.
