A fresh take on a classic style. We dry hop this saison with tons of Mosaic hops and then add Mango to amp it up even more. The spicy yeast notes provide a nice balance to this refreshing, slightly tart brew.

On draft, served a tulip glass. The mango is noticeable on the nose as well as the color. No noticeable head to speak of. Unfortunately the taste is overwhelmed by the hops with little of the fruit noticeable.
