Our rotating IPA series that focuses on a single hop at a time. First up Mosaic, we went all in with loads of these juicy, floral hops. Because if you want to make a great IPA there ain't no half steppin.

On tap at The Good Life in Massapequa Park... Deep golden color with a finger of white head in a shaker... This was a great beer - really smooth with mild citrus and pale fruits, mild bitterness, not too sweet, light and amply carbonated... Nice, clean finish... 6.6% abv... Easy to drink a few of these...

solid offering, i had 2 will need to try some more, something different about this single mosiac hop offering, to me more of a citra feel and finish. solid carbonation and lacing not strong or powerful, right down the middle

Tall can with a buch of stuff printed on the bottom...none of it makes any sense to me
Pours heavily hazed and leaves more then ample froth, film and up to the top of the glass lacing
Sniff reveals light pineapple, and assorted faint tropical fruits
On the palate its watery pineapple, some light lime notes and grapefruit...tasty and well crafted
Quality if not amazing IPA in a tall can...worth a try

Appearance: Pours a cloudy goldenstraw with a massive cap; decent retention and plenty of lacing all around
Smell: Floral and fruity with a lemon cream pie aspect
Taste: Lemon and papaya forward, with moderate pithy bitterness building through the middle; the finish is dry but the bitterness does linger into the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation; somewhat creamy
Overall: Unusual when the mouthfeel is the best part of the brew but that is not to denigrate this beer at all
