Very cloudy creating a white-straw color. Minor head and it leaves only a few spots.
Soft, creamy hop aroma.
Highly carbonated with a neutral base. Very spicy in a bitter way.

Cloudy, murky pale gold body with a tall white foam head... Pineapple and pine on the nose, followed by soft citrus and grapefruit pith, and a rounding pine earthiness on the sip... Taut, gripping bitterness, and a very subdued sweetness make for a very refined drink... Softly carbonated but with a dry, spicy tingle... A real winner... 12/20/17 canning...
