Drank at Praxis.
A: The body is hazy and coppery. The head is beige with some minor retention having no lacing.
S: The aroma is very simple of toffee and sweetness of the malts.
T: The taste is a bit acidic of fresh apples, continuing to the malt sweetness and caramel/toffee presence.
M: Mouthfeel is cool, being medium high to high. Carbonation is close to perfect. Bitterness is mild.
O: Probably the best Praxis beer looking at its simplicity.
