Drank at Praxis.
A: Pours a beautifully cloudy yellow body with a big prominent, three fingers-thick head.
S: Smells of coriander, wheat and a mix between lime and lemon.
T: Taste is very simple yet refreshing. It starts with a small sweet tone incoming from the wheat malt and then moves on to a salty tone of coriander and spices. It finishes with a long but subtle lime and lemon mixture.
M: Body is medium. Alcohol is unnoticeable. Sweetness is low. Bitterness is mild. Acidity is low to mild.
O: I can tell that Praxis is making some pretty good beers now. It seems that they've found a way to save themselves.
