I wanted to like this place but as a vacationing outsider I felt ignored by the staff in favor of the regulars - took almost ten minutes to be acknowledged and served despite the fact that there were only 5 or 6 people on hand. No food because the kitchen closed at 6 on Sunday. But I asked at quarter of (just looking for a snack). Tap list was good, very good for the area, and I liked the fact that one could so flights of 4, 6, or 12. House beers were good to mediocre, with only one rising above the level of a decent homebrewer.
Prices are low. I could see the proprietors were nice enough folks but it felt a little bit too little too late. Room is kind of generic in feel too. I went to house of brews in jensen beach the next day and was immediately greeted by smiling faces and helpful folks despite the fact there were many more customers on hand. I have a hard time getting past the fact that I stood at the longneck bar with no one on either side of me for about ten feet and the owners walked past me a half dozen times without even a glance or a hello.

I totally agree with Meghan's review. I've been calling Longneck "my Cheers" since they opened. The owners and their wives are always there, and they know all the regulars names and their mug number. They have 24 taps, with some local/regional brews, some of their own brews, and other popular national brews, all on a rotating basis. No BMC swill here. They also have a cooler with craft bottles, again local/regional, their own, and national. The appetizers/pub grub are excellent, sliders, brats, fish dip and more. You can even get a scoop of ice cream in your brew for dessert! It's also a brew-your-own place, so have a great beer while you brew yor own. Great place, great people, great time!

Longneck Brew House is exactly what a small town like Stuart needed. This multi-faceted brewery provides everything from a great place to meet friends on a Saturday night, a rainy day getaway or a place to get some work done outside of the office. Commonly referred to as our "Cheers" the owners take pride that 'everybody knows your name' and make it a point to keep us not only as customers, but also as friends. They offer a Mug Club membership where your engraved stein is kept at the bar and only used by you during your visits and provides you with Happy Hour prices at all times. Deb behind the bar makes excellent appetizers as well! I recommend this place to anyone in the area who is looking for good beer and even better company.
