On draft. Named after a popular surfer's beach in the town of Rincón, Puerto Rico. About 45 minutes from the town of Cabo Rojo, where this brewery is located.
Appearance: Motoroil black.
Aroma: Caramelly, some chocolate notes but they're quite faint. Some licorice notes.
Taste: A bit sweet but not in a bad way. A little bit of hop flavor shines through.
Mouthfeel: Creamy! More like a Porter. Delicious.
Overall: Low carbonation and sweetness reminds me of a Porter, but some roastiness keeps it close to the syle. A very well executed beer.

Presentation: 32 oz. growler, served in a BBCo. glass.
Appearance: The color is a very dark brown, almost black. It develops a dark tan, half finger head that quickly goes away. It leaves some spotty lacing throughout.
Smell: Overall it is a very sweet scent with notes of roasted malt, milk chocolate and vanilla.
Taste: There's a dominant taste of toasted bread complemented by some malt and vanilla flavors.
Mouthfeel: Despite it's robust appearance, it is refreshing and surprisingly light, a bit watery even. Carbonation is very light.
Overall: BBCo.'s first milk stout attempt is a success. This and interesting and well made beer that is definitely worth a try. Sadly, it has only been brewed once and is not part of their regular lineup.
