Presentation: Draft, served in a tulip glass.
Appearance: The half finger head goes away fairly quickly and leaves some patchy lacing. It's a crystal clear, dark gold color.
Smell: Mainly malt and grain with hint of fruity hops in the background.
Taste: It's very balanced; starting off with some strong hoppy bitterness and notes of citrus peel and grapefruit. It finishes with a healthy dose of malt sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and refreshing with medium-high carbonation.
Overall: A well balanced pale ale that has it's fair share of malt and hop character. Neither stands out though, and it's just another conservative offering from BBCo.
