Presentation: Draft, served in a snifter.
Appearance: The one finger, tan colored head sticks around for a while and leaves thick, patchy lacing. It's a very dark brown, almost black.
Smell: It smells of fresh coffee beans, vanilla extract, malts and milk chocolate.
Taste: It has sweet and malty notes of milk chocolate and molasses up front but balanced by some more bitter roasted malts, dark chocolate and black coffee.
Mouthfeel: It's dry and smooth but lacking in body with medium-high carbonation.
Overall: It has good flavors but the texture is a light for what's expected of an imperial porter.
