Presentation: Draft, served in a weizen glass.
Appearance: The one finger head stays around for a while and leaves behind a lot of thick lacing in patches and rings. It's a very slightly hazy, pale gold color.
Smell: It has a lot of strong, fruity aromas of tangerines, grapefruit and lemon. There's some grain mistiness in the background and a slight herbal note too.
Taste: It's mostly citrus fruit with flavors of orange and grapefruit peels, green apple, some lemon and a sticky pine resin flavor in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Quite light and refreshing, but it still has body and character. It's smooth with medium-low carbonation.
Overall: It smells great but the complexity on the nose doesn't translate to the palate; that's fine though. That keeps it uncomplicated, it's very easy to drink and awesome for tropical weather. A very good beer overall.
