Presentation: 32 oz. growler. Served in a tulip glass.
Appearance: The bright white, two finger head stays around for a while and leaves behind a lot of lacing that covers the entire glass. It's a beautiful, crystal clear, bright gold, color.
Smell: A slightly fruity, citrus note hits the nose first, followed by some herbal aromas right after.
Taste: There's a soft sweetness to start with and then some spicy notes of white pepper and coriander show up. There's a fruitiness in there too that brings everything together.
Mouthfeel: It's refreshing and quite light but it has substance so it skews more towards a medium body. Carbonation is medium and refined.
Overall: A wonderful beer with a lot of flavors and aromas that's very easy to drink.
