Drank from my Ciney sniffer
A - Pours a dark ebony colour. Light is visible though the beer, with a tanned head that reduces quickly.
S - Molasses, a little raspberry, dark malts.
T - Up front some nice creamy malts, the raspberry kicks in thereafter. The finish is a little bitter and molasses returns. Quite a sticky finish
M - Medium to full body with low to medium carbonation.
O - Body a bit on the thin side for an Imperial Stout. The Raspberries are a good idea but I'm not sure they are suited to this style of beer. The finish is also lacking in smoothness. Not a bad stab at something different, but is lacking in many areas.
