On tap at Hoppy in Zaragoza - which if you are ever in Zaragoza, is the place to go if you want anything other than lagers.
Honestly I was not expecting much, but this was solid. From a look perspective, very similar to a flower power or similar. The nose gave a little bit of hops and citrus, but not as much as I was hoping for. The taste, however, was right down the middle of the fairway for a single IPA. You can taste the hops. The mouthfeel was just right for the style as was the bitterness. Having tasted several disappointing European IPAs, this was quite a find, especially given this is a local brewery in a smaller city. If you are here, it’s definitely worth trying and a nice respite from the disappointing ubiquitous bland lagers.
