Poured from a growler into a snifter
A: Slightly hazy burnt orange with no head to speak of
S: Smells like a white wine with wheat added
T: Initially a bit buttery like a chardonnay, then some fruitiness (apple/citrus), followed by some wheat, a slightly bitter but otherwise empty finish
M:Medium-bodied, like the flavor a slightly buttery texture, a bit of alcohol
O: Unique, worth a try
