Liked the vibe. Waitstaff was a little frazzled for a Saturday afternoon. Dirty tables. Beer was good.

This is our place. We come here two to three times a week. Great beer, depending on who you get, the service is great (Jen, Courtney and Michelle are awesome). We'll worth the visit.

This was the second brewery stop for my wife and I on this Saturday afternoon to check out this new brewery, and the place was busy. The premises are located at the north edge of the main downtown area in this small community. There is on-street parking or a city lot at the rear of the building.
The front of the building has two garage door-like openings that have large screens to protect against flying insects getting into the pub, plus the front of the property looks like it could become a beer garden someday. The interior of the pub is well appointed, and there is a good vibe to the place. A lot of thought went into creating this brewery and pub, and it looks like a large budget was available.
We sat at the bar and ordered a sampler flight of 6 of the 10 beers that were on the list of 12 (6 regulars, 4 rotating, plus two of the regulars that were on nitro), but the IPA was not available (a sin for a brewery to let the IPA run out) so we chose one of the rotating beers to replace the IPA. Each was brewed to style, and each was very tasty (even the "Light' offering had good flavor). There was a Tangerine Wheat, which was the first time that we've seen this kind of beer, and it was very tasty. I'll give the brewery an overall grade of a B for the beers that we sampled. (There are actually about 20 taps including the meads and some house-made wines.)
We didn't order a meal here, so this evaluation does not have a score for that category. However, we did have an appetizer of potato chips and dip (very good dip), but we looked at the full food menu, and it looks like this would be a great place to have a full meal.
When we're in this area again we'll stop back at this brewery for another visit.

It is great to have a brewpub close to home now. I hope this place has success. Not only do they make some nice brews they also make their own wines. So far the challenge has been to keep up production with the demand but I expect they will once more established.
The service is great and everyone is fun to talk with, customers too. Owner, Don is off to a good start. I like the flare in the sandwiches and the homemade cookies all made with beer and other deserts made with the different beers. I want to try them all.
They have meads too. I have tried about 10 different brews and the brown, black ale and wee heavy are the stand outs for me. The wee heavy scotch ale is my winner. The rye and IPA are well done too. I will have to try the meads soon.
I look forward to hear one of the bands the play on weekends, I may rate the atmosphere higher after that. I would like a warmer or cozy seating area too, so I can just kick back and relax or play some cards or board games. I did not see if they had any, may have?
Joining the mug club gets you the 22 oz pour for price of a pint which makes it a reasonable value for me, otherwise it could be a bit pricey. I have been in other micro-brew pubs and the prices are a bit lower but not much.
Oh, and they have 2 types of stainless steel growlers and I love mine.

I liked this brewery. I felt that all the beers were very balanced. They had all your standard styles of beers. I would have liked to see a few experimentals or beers that vered outside of the norm of the styles. The building was an old car shop. I was kind of hoping to see more use of the history in the interior. There was a guy making amazing sushi and it was really good. Would recommend checking out! Overall I would rate my overall experience a 7/10.
