Explosive passionfruit sour heaven. A big sour dream. The complex flavors make this a must have. The smell saunters out of the glass and smacks you, then the smack goes to your mom and her grandmother. This is not a novice sour beer.

Can dated 5/15/17. Pours and looms like you'd except! Murky juicy oj with minimal/fading head! Smells of straight passion fruit! Feel was light and effervescent! I will seek many more of their beers now after having this treat!

Smell: fresh squeezed grapefruit and passionfruit explode out of the glass. Tart lemon coriander and sea salt .You also get a nice wine quality to this beer musty grapes and even a little bit of earthiness.

Taste: upfront you get some of that sea salt grapefruit and passion fruit. The passionfruit sticks with you through out the tasting experience. In the mid plate the beer transitions into a nice mix of tart orange and fresh squeezed lemon juice. The beer finishes with a wine like quality. Grape juice I would assume is from the Cabernet barrels and some musty earthiness. A mix of passionfruit and sea salt that linger in the after taste.

Feel: medium body. No booze to really speak off. The beer is really complex and makes it feel like a bigger beer then it is. It's not sipper, but this also isn't a crusher. It finishes dry with a moderate amount of carbonation as well.

Overall: What a great beer to get as an extra in a trade. This is a great well made beer. It's tart and has wine like qualities to go along with it. Will definitely be seeking out more of this. It's a world class beer!

Pours a cloudy/milky bright yellow golden color with fizzy white head. Tartness, funk, passion fruit, citrus, and some salt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with passion fruit and a nice tartness.
