The Salty Lady spends a few months in wine-barrels with various fruits. The result is an amazingly complex, tart, salty, fruity, and refreshing treat. What comes out of the barrel is a little more refined and adventurous and is known as The Queen of the Mist. This occasional brew will only be release a few times per year in a very limited batch. We’ll use a different fruit each time we make it.

Slightly cloudy golden pour with a minimal white head. Aroma of alcohol, wood and mango. Taste is tart mango flesh with just a touch of salt. Wine barrel flavor also comes through in the finish.

A: Pale yellow, slightly cloudy and translucent, no head
S: Light lemon, hint of grape, oak, light coriander, sweet peach o's
T: Balanced acidity, sweet mango, perfect level of salt, green grape, lemon, coriander
M: Medium-light, lighter carbonation
O: A very balanced gose. Very well executed and I assume the residual mango sweetness contributes to this
