12oz can, tulip, canned 5/22/18.
Cellarman’s Reserve is always a nice looking, semi-hazed, thick headed, sunset orange American IPA.
Stone fruit, white tea, fruity funk, hop oil. There’s definitely a wet hay, rotting fruit funk in the aroma.
Overripe peach, more of that funk, deep oily orange peel flavors. Whether it’s the freshness or Martin House improvement, there is less to none of the obvious alcohol that has plagued this series.
It’s medium bodied with pretty lively carbonation. The finish drys even though it’s full.
This is the brooding step brother to the Cellarman. It’s recognizable, but a nice change of pace.
