I really enjoyed this one in this tres leches series so far. It has a longer lasting head, a nice golden color, a great cinnamon smell, and has a decent cinnamon taste. If you are into cinnamon and you like flavored ales you will probably like this.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a great level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a little bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strong of a sweet crème smell mixed with just a little bit of a cinnamon smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a rather sweet crème taste that has lots of caramel mixed within. Along with these flavors comes some tastes of a light cinnamon flavor. Behind the caramel and crème taste of the brew the cinnamon is very light. At the end of the taste the flavors are still predominantly of a caramel and crème flavor, but once those flavors fade from the mouth after the beer has cleared, a lingering sweet cinnamon flavor is left on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is somewhat thicker for a brew of only 5.6 % abv with a carbonation level that is rather average. For the mix of sweet crème and light cinnamon the feel is fantastic and makes of an approachable and flavorful feel.
Overall – A rather tasty brew overall with a sweet crème taste and a subtle cinnamon taste.
