Pours a dark brown color with a finger of beige head. The nose is fairly muted. Chocolate, graham cracker and marshmallow all appear in the flavor profile but nothing really stands out potently.

If you're a fan of "dessert stouts" (my favorite way to dessert) don't pass this one by.
Look: Almost black with a medium dark taupe head that disappears quickly
Smell: Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate, balanced by toasty malts and a hint of spice. Personally I get little marshmallow on the nose.
Taste: Lots of tosted malts. Quite a lot of gingerbread as well. Lots and lots of chocolate. Again, the marshmallow is the weakest flavor, coming across more as browned sugar and butter than actual marshmallow, but still present. No bitterness, but a hint of mocha coffee.
Feel: Mild carbonation. Very rich mouthfeel with less cloyingness than something this sweet usually has.
Overall: This is a big, sweet, strong stout. It's everything I like, but of course not for everyone. But if the name appeals to you, expect to like it. This beer is exactly as advertised.

Poured from a can into a snifter glass
Appearance – The beer pours a deep brown color with a one finger head of brown colored foam. The head fades rather fast, leaving a moderate level of spiderweb lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strong of a nice roasted malt smell mixed with tons of chocolate and a big showing of vanilla and marshmallow. Along with these aromas are some graham crackers and a bit of coffee and crème.
Taste – The taste begins with a sweet roasted malt flavor with the roasted flavors complimented by some light coffee and crème and the sweet being a combination of milk chocolate, caramel, and brown sugar. At the same time there is a light marshmallow and graham cracker taste upfront, both of which grow stronger as the taste advances from the start. All the while the milk chocolate grows more-milky in nature, while the coffee disappears from the taste. At the very end the sweetness surges a bit, and leaves one with a sweet milk chocolate, and moderate graham and marshmallow taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is thick and chewy with a carbonation level that is low. For the style and the dessert nature of the brew the feel is good and makes for a nice slow sipper.
Overall – A rather sweet and tasty dessert brew. Rather fun to try.

Smell I felt the graham cracker was the most prominent.
Lots of marshmallow during and after your sip.
Chocolate blends in well with other ingredients.
Smooth, clean finish, a little light on mouth feel for an imperial stout, but a good offering from Martin House Brewing.
