Wild Ale
Thus far, what I have tried from Martin House; has been stellar. I used a tulip glass; the temperature was 44 degrees. A frothy and airy one-fingered head was created from the pour. The quick dissipation left no lacing on the glass. The color is a pinkish/maroon color with clarity. The appearance is okay for this style. I wonder if the high ABV has an effect on the head.
The aromas are blackberries, apple cider, lemon, fruity sweetness, toasted crackers, and a light touch of grass.
The flavors are blackberries, apple cider, lemon, a light fruity sweetness, toasted crackers, a touch of grass, and a hint of floral. What surprised me; was the I could not tell the high ABV.
The mouthfeel is tart a sour. The body is light, has medium carbonation, and has a quick finish.
The beer was canned ten months ago; I think it has gotten better with age. I tried the beer at the 6-month mark, and it was good. The extra four-month help develop depth and character in the beer. I love the blackberries are the dominant flavor, followed by the rest of the beer's profile. Stellar offering from Martin House, looking forward to trying other beers from them.

A visual stunner, best looking sour I've ever seen. Deep purple with moderate haze and a monster pink head that left sticky lace.
It's damn sour, with strong fruit flavor and great body.
My gf and I both drank this and discussed our feelings on the matter. Two thumbs up. She likes it a little more than me, and this rating will reflect an average of our two perspectives.

Pretty cherry cranberry color with the bubbles and dense pink head. Smells phenomenal. Sweet and sour. Taste is powerful sour, sweet and grape fruity. Really unusual but good. Sweet enough to want more. Sour enough to wonder why? It appears to have some heat in it? Kinda Crazy Good Stuff. It's different for when you're in the mood or a sour fan or just want something outta this world. Give this a try. 12 ounce canned on 02/07/19
