It is named after one of my favorite movies Interstellar, and it is brewed with red currants another favorite of mine, and it does come out good, I liked it. However, it might be too similar to a red currants cider for some. But if you like sours and cider this is good and refreshing.
Look: orange-red with an inch thick off-white head
Aroma: red currants
Taste: The flavor is a lot of red currants, tart, hint of wheat bread.
Body/Overall: light, thirst quenching, easy drinking
