I had this beer in a regular American pint glass while eating spicy Indian food. The name is a bit funny. I know what interstellar space is but I don't know what outerstellar is, maybe the space in one of those huge voids. In any case, I've never seen a beer that looks like this before. Definitely the coolest looking beer I've ever seen, very dark red and colorful, and it is gorgeous. I love black currants by the way.
Look: very dark red purplish, almost black, with a very thick pink head.
Aroma: black currants, citrus
Taste: the flavor is a lot of tart and slightly sweet black currants, citrus and a hint of brett funk and yeast, but mostly black currants.
Body/Overall: medium body, juicy, easy drinking, thirst quenching
