L- Pours a two finger head that's quick dissipating. The beer is a light mahogany color with plenty of enveloping bubbles.
S- Buttery caramel, sweet milk chocolate, spice, nutty amaretto, vanilla and malty sweetness. A weirdly distinct smell of cream soda too.
T- Follows the nose. Very strong flavor of amaretto. Milk chocolate and caramel, with a cream soda finish. Some vanilla. Very interesting and very sweet.
F- On the thicker side of medium bodied.
O-Pretty solid beer. Very interesting and weird concept. Didn't totally nail the rocky road flavor but it was a solid try for sure.

Canned on 7/13/20, drank on 7/16/20. Pours golden with a not much head or signs of carbonation. Interesting taste profile. Starts with a hint of chocolate, then marshmallow, and finally the waffle cone on the back. Amaretto is evident throughout the drink. Sweet and smooth. Really liked it, but rocky road is my favorite flavor of ice cream, so I may be a little biased.
