Pours a very cloudy dark golden color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is good. Has an apple juice and minty aroma. Lacing is very good. Taste of pale malts, grapefruit, maybe apple and minty at the end. Mild bitterness to follow on aftertaste. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
