I am thinking this beer will benefit from aging. The amaretto flavors is too strong, almost medicinal in taste. Some time might tone this down.
Having said this, it is a flavorful stout. Sweet and nutty, with a bit of warm spices and coffee. Poured this beer from a can into a tulip glass. Dark brown color with good beige head and lacing. Pleasant feel, and the beer does benefit from warming.
