Imperial stout with pecans, fudge, caramel, and vanilla. Inspired by the delicious turtle sundae!

16oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of chocolate, nuttiness, caramel and vanilla. Sweet chocolate, caramel, pecans and vanilla taste.

Nice and dark.
It really reminds of bourbon.
Caramel notes dominate. I do get the fudge notes as well. It hides that 10% alcohol really well. It’s good

TMNT !!! Bringing back my younger days … lots of dessert like character including chocolate fudge, caramel and light nuttiness. Rich and decadent.

Sampling a cellar temp 16 oz can poured into my snifter. Date stamp is canned on 10/9/2023.
the beer pours a dark coffee brown color with no light passing through my glass. A dense creamy tan head of 1 cm foams up and fades to a creamy surface covering that sticks around throughout the sampling. Lots of scattered lattice.
Aroma on this beer is hitting all the notes based on additives on can. Lots of rich fudge and some vanilla, a bit of nuttyness (pecans) and some general sweeter chocolate too. No hop notes and no ABV hints on the nose.
First sip reveals a medium body with very silky and smooth texture, carbonation is very fine and tingly and this beer drinks pretty easy and feels nice.
Flavor is similar to the nose, with a bit more sweet caramel. Fudge brownie comes through and a little nutty note on the finish. Again, no hop character and the ABV is hidden. A solid and sweeter imperial stout. Fun can art, Im glad to have tried this one from a brewery Ive never heard of before tonight.

Pours an effervescent Chestnut/Mahogany with a pinky of tan head.
Some head retention better lacing; vicious
S: Dark chocolate, vanilla, caramel, a whiff of smoke, brown sugar, a kiss of booze, most fade down the stretch
T: Rich fudge, dryness, vanilla, cola notes; creme Brule' up front. Dry, more fudge & Brilee' plus pecans & oaky booze as this beer warms up. Finishes with some barrel; warmth, fudge & pecans
MF: Chewy, low carbonation, warming
Rich & decadent, but not all in harmony, a sipper that is pretty fun. Great for this time of year. True Dessert or Pastry Beer

Black as night and full of aromas of chocolate and coffee. Taste is sweet and dessert like, with a little stout robustness. Alcohol fairly well concealed. Overall it's quite taste and satisfying when you're in the mood for a stout.

This is one of the best new beers of the year in Texas. Since it’s come out in the fall, I imagine a spice element to the taste. I love that it has the dessert flavors without being overly sweet. It doesn’t coat like a milk stout would. It still curls the middle back of the tongue a little bit with the bitterness. Only thing I rate down on is that the nose is weak. Other than that it’s a great experience and a finishing beer I can repeatedly go back to without getting tired of it.

Pour is black with a wonderful lasting, dense, deep tan head. Good retention and lacing
Nose is vanilla, fudge, dark chocolate, roasted malt, pecan nutty character
Taste is heavy chocolate, fudge, vanilla, lightly nutty, caramel. Definitely a sweet desert sipper
Dense, smooth body. Low / medium carbonation.
