Pour is jet black with a beautiful deep brown head. Unfortunately, it’s fizzy and cola like, disappearing almost instantly.
Nose is roasted malts, peanut butter, vanilla
Taste follows. Chocolate and peanut butter upfront. The honey and marshmallow coke through on the finish along with vanilla, dark chocolate covered marshmallow.
Body seems weirdly creamy and thin at the same time?
Good beer; nothing wrong. Just a bit sweet for my taste.

Poured from a can into a snifter
Appearance – The beer pours a deep brown, nearly black color with a one finger head of tan colored foam. The head has fades very fast leaving almost no lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is super heavy of a peanut butter and chocolate smell mixed with lots of caramel and molasses. With these aromas comes notes of coffee and toast as well as some sweet vanilla marshmallow and honey smells. In many ways it has the aroma of a peanut butter smores.
Taste – The taste begins with a heavy roasted and toasted malt flavor that has notes of cocoa and chocolate. Right from the start there is a decent level of sweetness with flavors of brown sugar and molasses as well as notes of dark chocolate and honey all being there. The peanut butter is present as well, right from the start, having a nice roasty peanut flavor to it. As the taste advances the marshmallow becomes more prevalent in the taste, brining with it a moderate amount of vanilla. All the while some coffee gets more potent, and with the other flavor transitions that occur, one is left with a rather heavy roasty and peanutty coffee taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is super thick and creamy with a lower carbonation level. For the dessert nature of the brew the feel is great and makes for a slow sipper.
Overall – A big dessert brew. Fun to try
