Very tallboy can, canned on 7/6/23 (sampled 8/12/23)

Appearance: Looks like a NEIPA, hazy as hell, rocky finger high white head leaving thick foam marks. Wait, what's that, chunks of protein coagulation? But, I don't like my beer chunky!

Aroma: Smells like a NEIPA, citric floral hops, mild sweet base.

Taste: Citric candy, tangerine skin, lemon juice, light bready malt finish.

Mouthfeel: Gritty texture, medium high carbonation, medium body.

Overall: Being chunky really takes the shine off a great tasting beer. This is a fresh beer, so maybe this isn't protein coagulation as my understanding is that takes time, but it's standing white flecks throughout the glass, sure looks like it. Kudos to Martin House for being experimental, but this one is just a bit off.

Look: Opaque golden with a thick white head

Aroma: citrus, grapefruit, mango, floral

Flavor: The flavor is citrus, grapefruit, mango, it is tart, surprisingly tart for an IPA, and some grapefruity and floral bitterness.

Body/Overall: Medium body. It is very thirst quenching.

Poured Oct 26, 2023. Date on bottom of 1pt 3.2oz can is printed smudged and indecipherable. Poured into teku glass.

Appearance - Hazy amber body. Medium sized sudsy white head. Decent lacing, stick, and retention. 3.5

Smell - Orange rind with hint of grapefruit. Faint hop and juicy malt underneath. Pleasant, light, refreshing. 4

Taste - Bright orange burst of refreshing hop upfront. Slightly bitter hop finish that doesn't linger unnecessarily. 4.25

Mouthfeel - Clean, light, refreshing. Maybe light-medium body. A little on the thin side. 3.75

Overall - Pretty solid release from a brewery as small as this one. Not so sure about the weird bored-ape NFT looking art but it has its charm I suppose. 3.5

Big 19.2 oz can. This is a good way to sample beers and really decide what kind of reviews best fit the one you're on.

I get a bunch of grapefruit, then some musty cellar dankness and some background florals, with a wisp of tingly pizzaz.

Backbone malts are ample and compliment the high ABV, but are not especially outstanding or noteworthy. Plenty of long chain sugars offer lots of body to compliment the bitterness.

Really It's fairly smooth drinking stuff when all is told. Definitely worth a try, and another +1 for Martin house

Canned 7/6/23. Drank 7/29/2023.
Pour is a lightly cloudy golden yellow with a white cap of loose-ish foam. Good lacing, good retention. Full of floaties, however. Odd for a beer only about 3 weeks old.
Nose is piney resin, dank, citrus
Taste follows. Piney, resin, dank, a bit of citrus, lightly tropical - maybe a touch of coconut? light bready background. lingering moderate bitterness.
good body. not overly sweet for a 10% IPA. drinks much easier. overall good beer.
