"Leave it to Martin house to come up with another oddly named or oddball beer" seems hyper redundant these days. But once again, here we are.
This beast falls into a loosely defined category of my own: big can, big IPA four-packs in the $16+ range. I have found that these beers don't disappoint very often, but also contain a better than average chance to have truly remarkable beers. For instance, Sue and electric jellyfish are remarkable and fit in this loose group.
Well this one ain't gonna become legendary like Sue, but neither does it fall flat on its face either.
A hyper malted IPA which also uses a pile driver to cram in lots of hops is about what this is. Typical of over zealous American extremist breweries in that extreme is just never even barely enough when it's possible to do more.
Tho hop heads will of course consume it with hop-glutton glee, they'll have to wait a bit longer for the next Sue

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
