color: thick, almost black. head dark brown without much retention. looks like motor oil as it pours.
smell: sweet apple, cinnamon, chocolate that makes me long to take that first sip.
palate: chocolate and tart apple, with slight alcohol taste.
finish: graham cracker crust then discernable marshmallow with a hint of cinnamon that hangs around
mouthfeel: heavy, syrupy, smooth
overall: outstanding. there is so much flavor packed into this stout. If i have to pick something to critique on this beer I would just slightly tone down the syrup texture but given how high grav it is I understand why!
