L: Pours a dark orange copper color with a small white head and no lacing on the glass.
S: Huge nose of sweet fresh papaya, with a note of graham cracker, and a strong note of Bourbon in the background.
T: Huge taste of papaya hits the tongue first including a lot of sweetness, followed by some graham crackery malt and a nice hit of Bourbon. It's nice but I do find it a bit sweet.
F: Large body, smooth carb.
O: This is a solid beer that has a little bit too much mango for my taste.
