Pours dark brown but appears black in the glass. Foamy head, very similar to a root beer float, quickly dissipates. Nose is dominated by banana and peanuts. Taste is bananas, vanilla, peanut butter, and dark chocolate. Mouthfeel is thin-to-medium body with moderate carbonation. Finish introduces a cola note and some bitterness.

Pours black with a very thin tan head. Smells as advertised, with notes of peanut butter, artificial banana, and something like bacon, in that order. The taste misses the mark, unfortunately; the artificial banana flavor tends to dominate, and the bacon is reduced to kind of a smoky suggestion of itself. This is already a sweet stout, but to really bring these flavors out it would have to be sweeter, which would be too much even for me. It's drinkable as it is, though.
