An imperial stout from a brewery I appreciate considerably. After the pour I smell chocolate, grain and a not-overwhelming amount of cherries. Good start. The drink is dark chocolate, cereal grains, malt, a subtle enough cherry presence and a bit of vanilla. An interesting beer.

Nice and dark. Had it on the beach while shark fishing. The notes are primarily cherry (no shocker) with a good amount of the booze coming through. I actually thought…. Hmmm tastes like vodka.
