Pours a ruddy ebony with one finger of tan head. some head retention & lacing
S: Plenty of peanuts & coconut, seems forced/fake
T: Follows the nose, a bit roasty , some iron notes & dryness up front. Hints of coffee & booze mix in with the coconut & peanut butter once this beer is warmer. Finishes boozy with plenty of fake flavors & a bit of base beer
MF: Medium body, semi assertive carbonation. Carbonation flattens out a bit once warmer, fairly warming once warmed up
Just tastes like a base Imp Stout with artificial flavors added at the last second, not a one off for these guys. I honestly wouldn't buy most of their stuff if they weren't singles. Not a chore to finish, but close. Would like to try the base beer, bet it is better
