Our lightest beer is an American brewpub-style ale with one foot in Prague. Made exclusively with traditional Czech Pilsner malt and Saaz hops. It's crisp and refreshing with a slight bready note and has a distinctive floral hop character. A good accompaniment to any food and yet very session-able on its own.

poured from tap into shaker, 1 finger creamy head that hangs around a while, nice lacing. Bright pale golden, crystal clear. Smells faintly of bready grain and grassy hops. Taste is pretty much like it smells, bready grain flavors coming thru with the malt and a nice grassy hop flavor. Finish is really crisp. Great beer for pairing with about everything on their menu
