Poured from 16oz can into my BeerAdvocate teku. Canned 3/19/24.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a very light dash of haze and a strong effervescence. Head is a finger of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: malt’s a little on the sweet side but there’s a rich wheaty aroma that I really like. Sometimes American wheat beers can have an astringency to them, and this beer’s lacking that — good!
Taste: wheaty malt, as you would expect, that has a bit of a crackery character to it. It does have that sort of astringent edge, though, toward the end. So, good, but not perfect.
Mouthfeel: medium or maybe medium-light body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a perfectly decent and quite drinkable pale wheat ale. I think I’d still rather have a German-style hefeweizen, but this ain’t bad at all.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Cloudy golden pour, fine, fizzy head. Bready aroma, biscuity. Taste is malty, bready, faint citrus, orange. Weight and feel are spot on. Fast finish.

Awesome malty biscuit honey and golden wheat beer with a refreshing medium crisp.

Copied from my Untapped review. I enjoyed this at my central MN home from a 32oz crawler that I bought at the brewery. 3.75 rating
Clear golden colored pour with a thick white head when poured from the crawler.
The aroma is a malty biscuit aroma.
Taste - the flavor is a sweet biscuit banana flavor with a hint of honey popping in. There's a hint of bitterness on the back.
The body is light and crisp.
Quite delicious overall, and I will be going back to get more when I am next in Billings in 2023.

7/3/21....pale yellow gold. Foam settles out. Still. Full wheat nose. Simplistically consistent. Wheat open, slight tang, wheat close. Smooth body and mouthfeel. Unceremoniously good. Very clean.

This was a gift, so Raul gonna do what Raul gonna do and he’s going to toss it back.
Pours a beautiful straw yellow like making love on hay. The smell of this dang sucker is not robust like Charles Coburn’s waistline, but it’s ok. There is a tiny level of wheat and citrus, and when I sip da damn thing I get very bright flavors like Einstein taking the SAT’s. Again, there are smooth levels of wheat and citrus with a slight crisp finish in the end.
They must have improved the recipe over time, because I see it better than where it currently stands with an 81 ranking.
Peace!

Pours a clear straw color with a foamy, thick, white head and sticky lacing.
The smell is lemon and yeast/bread. It's really nice.
The taste is very grainy and bready with banana. There's no spiciness.
The mouthfeel is medium/thick body, medium carbonation, with a long, banana finish.
Overall a very enjoyable beer.

6 pack of cans. Intrigued by the awards listed on the can neck - 2014 WBC Silver & 2016 GABF Gold. It should be good based on these.
Clear, straw yellow, solid foam and good lacing. Smell some lemon and wheat. Taste is siliar character as the nose - wheat, lemon but none of the typical hefe spiciness.
Clean, fresh, and easy drinking.

This one is an interesting one.... Despite being billed as a hefe, it lacks almost every essential characteristic of one: there's barely any haziness, barely any head whatsoever, the smell lacks the classic hefe spiciness, and the flavor is more like an AAL. That being said, it's still quite refreshing (and perhaps explains their marketing as an 'American Hefeweizen')

Tap at the taproom. Poured a slightly cloudy, golden color with a small, fluffy white head of foam. It smelled of cracked wheat and yeast. Sweet wheat flavor with hints of lemon and orange peel.
