The brewer notes that this is 100 IBU, and brewed with Euro Pilsner malt, Belgian Candy Sugar, and a Belgian yeast.
Pale yellow color, a little bone-white head. Very interesting beer. I definitely pick up the Belgian yeast aroma and taste. A little funky, spicy. Aroma of earthy hops and pale malt. The taste finishes very bitter and hoppy. Tastes like a cross between a hoppy Tripel and and Imperial Saison (if such a thing existed). Thin body, high carbonation.
