Copenhagen 14/4 2022. 33 cl bottle from Beerdealer web-shop. Drawing of grinning Goon with a crown sitting surrounded by angels sporting a mug of beer.
Pours unclear amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a tart, fruity, funky odor mingling with sweet candy and a whiff of alcohol. Peach, sharp lemon. Yeasty notes of sour cheese. Black pepper.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sour bitterness. Aftertaste is tart with a sweetish undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Tart and with a light touch of funk. But not very much bling, when I think about it.

Poured from a brown 11.2 oz. bottle. Has a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of yeast, alcohol, light fruits. Taste is apples, yeast, malts, a touch of alcohol. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall this is an enjoyable beer.

Reviewed from (long-standing) notes. Poured from the 11.2 oz. bottle into an El Catador Barrel-Aged glass.
A: Mildly hazy gold with a good amount of floaters suspended. A thin white head fades to a ring of foam atop a fairly low amount of visible carbonation.
S: Fruity Belgian yeast esters – apple and pear predominantly, with less bubblegum and banana. Light cracker malts and some citrusy hops. Not a huge nose but decently appealing – almost cider-ish.
T: Citrus rind and resin hops, cracker malts and Belgian fleshy-fruity yeast esters. Sweet fruitiness both from the esters and hops predominate the palate. Some ethanol sweetness at the swallow, and more apple and citrus rind bitterness in the hang.
M: Fairly light bodied but not watery. Average carbonation sensation for style. The alcohol presence seems strangely pronounced – not like a barrel-aged “hot” beer but more than I’d expect for the listed ABV.
O: This really wasn't great. It’s not undrinkable or anything, but nothing that I’d look for again. Too boozy, the hops add bitterness without a lot of dry hopping. And I just don’t believe that the Belgian yeast is capable of playing nicely with American hops. I mean, it's fine, whatever.

11.2 ounce bottle, best before 40RI 1471401 printed on the back label. Another brew thanks to Brutaltruth! Served in a tulip, the beer pours a hazy golden/orange color with about an inch off-white head that stayed around for a while. There's also a lot of lacing. Aroma is nice but seems weak to me. The brew smells like mango, bready malt, caramel, apricot, and candi sugar. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, with mango/tropical fruit, earthy, bready malt, caramel, apricot, grape skin and candi sugar flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's slick and smooth with a good amount of carbonation. I liked this a lot, it seemed to get better the longer I drank it. Definitely worth trying this one!

From a 11.2 oz bottle in a snifter. This very nice BSPA pours a
medium copper tinged golden amber with a nice head of white
foam that dissipates to a thick sudsy ring, thin light pooling layer,
and displays some mighty fine lacing. Nose of grassy hops, honey
sweet malt, subtle fruit notes of peach and mango, and light touches
of breaded malt with cracker elements. Flavors exceed by presentation
with a cracker and light breaded malt driven by honey and grassy hops
with notes of peaches, mango, and papaya brought full circle with
balance from the hops and a touch of pepper Very nice mouth feel;
medium light body, medium carbonation that is prickly and effervescent,
and finishing sweet and lightly peppery with a touch of alcohol warmth.
Very nice and substantial.
Cheers

Poured into a Gulden Draak tulip. Pours a medium golden (bling!) amber with a healthy three finger white head that continued to build after pouring and left thick lacing. Aroma of pale malt, Belgian yeast, lemon and mild over ripe stone fruit. Flavor is lightly caramel malt, apricot, peach, Belgian yeast, grassy hops. Finishes with fruit esters and lingering dry, grassy hop bitterness. Medium bodied with light creaminess and sharp, peppery carbonation. A classic Belgian pale ale profile, but with unexpected hoppiness. The hops are robust, but not dominant and fit the dry side of the Belgian dry/sweet malt body. Flavors are a little subdued, but complex enough to keep interest and revealing flavors throughout the taste. An interesting and tasty Belgian strong pale ale.

Golden honey color with a 3F head in a Stone Snifter. Served cold as recommended.
Banana, grape, fruit esters in the aroma.
Creamy, smooth MF. Pleasure to drink.
The taste is mostly grape and not as pronounced as the aroma.
Strong bitter finish with warming.
Another excellent beer from BOM Brewery.

Draft at PreFunk. Big, bold golden ale, lots of tripel notes, Belgian yeast prominent, Body like a nice rich wheat ale or weizen, grainy, but with the yeast taking the front seat. Hazy golden pour with soft bubbly head,
