M.E.S. stands for the hops: Mosaic, Equinox, and Simcoe. A lovely combination indeed. Fragrant nose floats up from the pint glass. The passionfruit aromatics make me think of the wonderful Fortunate Islands from Modern Times.
Totally gulpable. It's a better than average hoppy session beer for being full of hops but not overly sharp or bitter.
The guys in Utah need to taste this one. On tap at Fifty Seven Degrees across Washington St. from the Acoustic brewery. (Christie ordered this one from Bo for her birthday.)
