huge head on a draught pour at BT's BBQ in Huntington Beach. nice flavors, decent hop bitterness. not getting the "shoju" as they are spelling it. at 6% i'm wondering if they added the stuff to it or brewed with its ingredients.... overall, though, a decent brew....
