Pint on draft in a glass shaker at Stern’s in Scarborough.
Appearance: Pours a crystal clear straw with a thin white head of bubbles. Almost no lacing.
Aroma: Clean and inviting. Not especially bitter. Possibly grassy. Maybe a little cracker. Very slightly sweet.
Taste: Crisp and clean. No flavor dominates; maybe a little malt sweetness. Follows nose for the most part.
Mouthfeel: Well balanced and very easy on the palate.
Overall: Very nice take on the style. Surprised the ABV is this high; booze wasn’t detectable. A great beer to pair with seafood, which makes sense, as it’s essentially the house draft in a seafood place.

06.03.19 - Had at Bailey's new restaurant, Stern, which replaced the Rising Tide behind the Pine Point Fisherman's Coop in Pine Point, Scarborough, Maine. They said it was brewed specially for them, and is also being served at Bailey's other restaurants in Pine Point.
It's a decent beer but nothing to knock your socks off about - nice white head and straw color. Average mouthfeel for the style and very refreshing for a nice hot summer night, which it wasn't, as everyone in New England knows as the spring and early part of summer has struggled to see any signs of sun and warmth as we near the summer months! Overall, a nice option to check out if you're at Bailey's where the other options (other than Allagash White and Black, and MBC Lunch which most reading this have had) are not really great options. Cheers!
