From a 750mL growler:
Appearance: Cloudy orange, good head.
Smell: Nice smoked ham/bacon aroma.
Taste: Bit of sweetness to start then pretty solid citrus hop flavor, then finishes smoky, ashy and very dry.
Overall: This is Hammerheart's new smoked hazy IPA. High hops and smoked malts don't always play too nicely together but this gives a more prominent citrus hop than surtr's flame in my opinion. The finish is a little different, seems drier than some of the other smoked hoppy beers they've made.
