Can. Tan head, black color.
Smoked and peat. Has a sour cherry flavor as well. Maybe infected. Chocolate and cocoa powder. Oaky but not a lot of bourbon. This one really isn’t for me.

Appearance: Black, thick as motor oil, brown head.
Smell: Slightly sweetened dark chocolate, wood, dark cherries.
Taste: Big dark chocolate flavor backed by wood and vanilla undertones. Very well integrated, barrel highlights the beer instead of taking over.
Overall: Another winner from Hammerheart, the barrel works so well with the beer instead of just being bourbon mixed with a stout. Lots of dark chocolate flavor, dry, rich, tasty.
