Long-lasting sticky off-white foam on the brownish red brew in the Scotch thistle glass. Not much aroma but some grainy smell. Quite spritzy and lively with the malty body. Taste is rich with roasted malt and fruit. Moderate bitter aftertaste along with the sweet caramel. Some old orange taste plus grain and bran muffins. Overall this is quite a drinkable Red Ale for a change. I wouldn't call it Amber. From the 16 oz can purchased at Provisions in Orange. Dated 6/25/2025.

Rich mahogany, I am aware of my autonomy - King Raul says, “Let there be beer!” And we all drink. So much so that there becomes a stink. No, I’m not talking Pepe Lè Pou. I’m thinking used barley and mash, something that could be used in voodoo. Oh, yes… What a glorious day to be had - drinking Rich Mahogany and damn I’m glad.

Really a disappointing brew. Great cover art, but bad delivery. The Dub Red is superior to this swill. It amazes me how this great brewery can make such great and bad brews! They must experiment a lot!
