16oz pint at THG.
A: Pours a deep golden with a cap of off-white foam that faded into a fuzzy and lasting film. Sheets of fine sticky lace were left down the glass.
S: Bread crust and toast mixed with citrus pith and leafy, herbal, spice.
T: Bready malt backbone, kiss of toast, and spicy hops. Leafy bitterness in the finish. Mild sweetness.
M: Medium body, creamy carbonation, moderate leafy bitterness, drying finish, smooth mouthfeel.
O: Bready and spicy with a solid bitterness. Not as clean as I expected, and not my favorite hop profile.
