On-draught @ Tap 25 in Livermore, CA.
Creamy, not afraid to commit to assertive bitterness, and a bit rindy. Vaguely tropical but not too emphatic of boozy pineapple or anything.
Smooth, wet, medium-bodied, well-carbonated. Not oily, gushed, hot, boozy, astringent, harsh, or rough.
Drinkable and enjoyable, but though it's a nice beer it doesn't one-up the many extraordinary IPAs crowding this oversaturated style.
