Appearance - Pours black with a tan, half-finger width head that dissipates rather quickly, leaving a mostly barren surface and a razor thin ring of suds around the edge. No lacing.
Smell - Boozy, milk chocolate and vanilla sweetness. Hint of dark chocolate.
Taste - Follows the nose. Chocolatey and boozy upfront, then hints of vanilla kick in. Deeper chocolate notes kick in at the finish. Aftertaste lingers with chocolate cake, vanilla and a hint of heat from the booze.
Mouthfeel - Full-bodied with low-to-fair carbonation. Slick texture with hints of creaminess and stickiness, before a dry, slightly boozy finish.
Overall - Good pastry stout. Maybe a bit simple and slightly boozy, but a tasty offering nonetheless.

Milk Stout. Loaded with flavors of Chocolate, Vanilla Bean and cake. Boiled with marshmallows.
