Draught pour at Cap Hop Shop into a shaker pint.
A: Bright golden with thin head but good retention.
S: Tropical and pine nose that pops, floral undertones.
T: Follows nose very well, finishes with plenty of bitterness, lingers slightly on the palate.
F: Medium bodied with higher carbonation, full and lively on the tongue, slick on the swallow.
O: My kind of West Coast DIPA, with slightly modern take. A welcome clear beer in a land of too many average (or worse) overly sweet hazies.
